How to Use

Step 1

Plug in your Infrared Sauna Blanket and preheat for 10–15 minutes

Step 2

Wear long sleeves, pants, and socks to protect your skin and absorb sweat. Or even better, slip inside our reusable, high-performance Towel Insert (sold separately).

Step 3

Once heated, lie inside the blanket on a heat-safe surface and zip it closed. Start with 30–40 minutes per session, adjusting the temperature to your comfort level.

Step 4

After your session, allow the blanket to cool before wiping it down. Stay hydrated before and after use for optimal results.

Use 2–3 times a week to support detox, recovery, and glowing skin.
