How to Use

Cold pressed in small batches from a single blend of early harvest Koroneiki olives grown in southern Greece, our EVOO has a high chlorophyll content, making it rich in healthy polyphenols (an anti-inflammatory antioxidant). Polyphenol content measuring over 55mg/kg is required for an olive oil to be deemed extra virgin - this Kosterina harvest measured 470 mg/kg of polyphenol content! The two flavored olive oils in this bundle begin with our ultra-premium, high-polyphenol Original Extra Virgin Olive Oil before a dash of Mediterranean flavor is added. Our balsamic vinegars have intense aromatic notes, dense texture and hint of acidity that brings out the flavor in any dish. Made from Lambrusco and Trebbiano grapes of Modena, Italy, each of our balsamic vinegars matches the high-quality standards of our ultra-premium extra virgin olive oil. Each bottle is crafted by artisans in Modena, Italy for authentic flavor and body using ingredients that are true to the Mediterranean and the perfect companions to our extra virgin olive oils.
