Zest’s Biomarkers
3 separate groups of biomarkers are recorded for your Functional Age Score:
Blood Biomarkers - The 10 Blood Biomarkers most closely linked to healthspan and lifespan.
Digital Biomarkers - VO2 Max, Max Heart Rate, Heart Rate Variability, Sleep Data, Calories burned .. and more key metrics accessed from your wearable device (if you have one).
Functional Biomarkers - Sequence Memory, Digit Span Memory, Precision Memory (in collaboration with Cambridge University’s Memory Lab) and grip strength.
The Process
- Receive your home test kit, collect your sample and send it off in the pre-paid mailer.
- In 5-7 days your results will be ready, we will email you with a link to download the Zest App.
- Create your account in the app and record your Functional & Digital Biomarkers.
- We will run your biomarkers through our machine learning algorithm and deliver your Functional Age score and personalized protocol.
- Follow your protocol, tweak the areas of your lifestyle that need work and kick start your health-span optimization journey.
- Retest in 3 months and see which biomarkers have improved and how this has impacted your Functional Age score.
